We have a 2-day cancellation policy, which means you have 2 days after placing your order to request a cancellation. 

To be eligible for a cancellation, you must notify us before your item is dispatched. We will never dispatch a personalised item until we have approval of a proof.

If we cannot work with a photo and you have no alternatives, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. We never like to work on a photo that will provide poor results for you, therefore we will always be upfront and honest.

 

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require clear photographic evidence showing the damage of the product and packaging in order to dispatch a replacement and open a case with the delivery provider.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All of our items are personalised, made to-order or digital files and therefore cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding your order.  proof will always be provided before dispatch for approval.


Exchanges
Due to the nature of personalised items we do not accept exchanges for other products.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
